Position objective: Ensure that the investment, operation and management activities of the parent company and its member units comply with the law and internal regulations; support the drafting, appraisal and legal control of transactions, projects and contracts.
Main tasks:
Legal contracts & transactions
- Draft, review and negotiate economic contracts, principle contracts, cooperation contracts, MOUs, etc.
- Advise on the rights and obligations of the company in transactions. Ensure the legality and protect the interests of the company in all contracts and agreements.
Compliance & corporate law
- Monitor and update legal regulations related to the company’s field of operation, ensuring that the company’s activities comply with current legal regulations.
- Conduct inspections and evaluate compliance of departments and company operations.
- Support the establishment, review, and improvement of internal processes and regulations in accordance with the law.
- Support the implementation of legal procedures related to changes in business registration, legal representative, charter capital, company charter, etc.
Risk handling & disputes
- Manage, advise and coordinate the handling of legal issues arising in operations and investment activities.
- Work with lawyers and state agencies on legal issues when necessary to protect the company’s interests.
Legal support for the Board of Directors
- Draft and comment on documents and submissions to the Board of Directors and the Board of Members related to legal matters.
- Participate in the development of strategic legal documents in major activities (mergers, restructuring, etc.).
