Head of Accounting Department/ Chief Accountant

* Professional work

• Advising, building systems and managing the group’s accounting/finance
• Participating in asset valuation, establishing and appraising investment projects/plans for production and business and organizing the implementation of the company’s financial plan.
• Organizing accounting work
• Implementing internal supervision, checking and controlling financial and accounting activities of member companies
• Making short, medium and long-term financial plans.
• Making plans and working with credit institutions to arrange capital for the company
• Managing financial activities regularly, periodically and on demand, analyzing the effectiveness of production and business activities.
• Guiding accounting activities
• Making reports on financial and accounting work accounting
• Perform other tasks as required by superiors or authorized

*Management work:

• Manage and direct the work of officers and employees in the department
• Train accounting staff on professional skills.z

Knowledge: Graduated from University or higher in Accounting, Auditing, Corporate Finance

• Extensive knowledge of laws related to financial accounting, tax law, credit, investment
• Mastering accounting law, tax law and guiding documents under the law.
• Understanding Vietnamese accounting standards
• Knowledge of management, budget allocation, business costs

Skills:

• Have at least 5 years of experience working in a similar position.
• Proficient in Word, Excel (able to make independent reports on Excel)
• Communication and negotiation skills
• Skills in synthesizing and analyzing reports
• Skills in planning planning
• Risk management skills
• Management skills, work organization, work supervision

Working hours
