Objective: Ensure the quality, progress and efficiency of project construction in accordance with the design, technical standards, legal regulations and requirements of the investor. Participate in providing professional opinions during the investment preparation phase, contractor selection, construction organization, and cost and quality control at the site.
Main tasks:
- Participate in project preparation and implementation: Participate in developing site implementation plans, overall construction plans; Propose organizational plans and technical personnel structure for the construction supervision apparatus at the site; Provide comments on construction design solutions.
- Participate in contractor selection: Participate in evaluating bidding documents and bids; Propose technical criteria and evaluate contractor capacity; Coordinate during technical negotiations.
- Control construction quality at the construction site: Supervise the construction quality of foundation, structure, workshop, technical infrastructure items; Ensure construction work is in accordance with design documents, technical standards, labor safety and environmental sanitation; Monitor progress and construction methods of each bid package; warn of risks that may affect quality.
- Manage QS and control materials: Coordinate with QS department to control the volume and scope of work arising at the construction site; Participate in confirming volume, acceptance and payment according to reality; Check the quality of input materials, CO/CQ documents, test, and accept before construction.
- Control acceptance records and reports: Prepare acceptance records, monitor construction logs, and report periodically on quality; Ensure that acceptance records are kept in full, in accordance with legal regulations and audit requirements.
- Coordination and incident handling: Coordinate with the Supervision Consultant, Contractor, and design unit to handle technical issues at the site; Propose solutions when violations of construction procedures are detected.
